The single-user license entitles you as the license purchaser to install Rillsoft Project on a single computer. Should you wish to install the software additionally on a laptop or another PC, you can purchase additional licenses for this purpose at reduced purchase prices.
To install and use Rillsoft Project on Citrix or under a Terminal Server and use it on multiple workstations you need a floating license.
With the floating license, it is not the number of installations that is decisive when installing Rillsoft Project, but the number of users who can work with Rillsoft Project at the same time (floating license).
This means that you can install Rillsoft Project on any number of computers within your company. The number of floating licenses required depends on how many users are working with Rillsoft Project at the same time.
Example
You have purchased Rillsoft Project Floating variant with 5 user licenses. There are 30 computers in your company network.
You can install Rillsoft Project on all 30 computers. With the 5 user licenses you have purchased, 5 users can work with Rillsoft Project simultaneously, regardless of which computer they are working from. The sixth user who starts Rillsoft Project will receive the message that 5 users are already working with the program. However, the user can start Rillsoft Project immediately after another user closes the software.
Number of licenses of the same versions.
Software Service Contract (SSC) offers you:
all feature updates
all program corrections
support by email and phone
support by remote access
The annual costs for the SSC fall to 15% of the original license costs (list price), but at least 300 euros per year.
Example
You have purchased a Rillsoft Project Professional single-user license. In that case, 15% of the original license cost is 899.00 x 0.15 = 134.85 Euro/year. You still pay 300 Euro/year for the SSC.
You have purchased four Rillsoft Project Enterprise single-user licenses. You will be charged for the SSC (1399 x 4) x 0.15 = 839.40 Euro/year.
Software is delivered via Internet download and sending an activation key by e-mail. There are no shipping costs, the programs are up to date.
