Any reporting system has a great impact on decision-makers and should not be underestimated. Project reports provide managers with a summarised basis for their judgement and are frequently a key factor when it comes to the question of whether a project should be continued or not. At the same time, they are a good tool for selecting and preparing information.

With Rillsoft Project, you can print out a hard copy of all views, such as bar diagrams, network diagrams, etc., or you can use the program to retrieve numerous project reports:

• project resources
• resource pool, including, among others, holiday reports for employees
• separate activities

If you like to compile your own reports, Rillsoft Project includes a Report Designer for all versions from the Standard Version upwards. It allows you to compile and print out individual reports.
