- The new version allows you to allocate several activities to one resource under "resource utilization - views". You are required, for instance, to first define a role via "role utilization" and then select those activities from the list in the window Resource properties, to which you want to have the role allocated.
- When opening the portfolio, you are offered to have projects automatically relocated from the project resources to the resource pool. Provided the differences in resources are limited to holidays. You ca track, accept or reject the resulting changes of the project plan through the target-actual comparison.
- From now on, you can describe personnel resources from the resource pool completely with entry / leaving date. These fields afford to enter the date when the employee entered the company and when he or she left the company.
- In "Resource utilization - Views" you may have the shown activities be displayed in one row only, if possible. Particularly in cases where employees have been assigned to several tasks in larger projects or portfolios, this feature warrants you to remain focused.
- From now on, inter-project connections can be defined by using Rillsoft Project along with Rillsoft Integration Server. You can define and analyse links between projects in the portfolio.
- When setting up the project by using a template, you can set any starting date you want.
- The new field "Notes" in "Resource utilization - Views" offers you a chance to show additional information, such as about the current status of a resource in relation to an activity.
- The current date can be highlighted for better orientation.

- New views for project-specific resources-utilization-evaluation in the portfolio.
- There are altogether six new views available for the utilizations of roles, teams, employees, materials, machine types and machinery.
- The view capacity alignment allows you, through its new column "Shortfall", to get a quick overview about the overall state of resource coverage per project and regarding to qualifications.
- Import of simple planning data about issues, such as the structure of the project, names, starting and finishing dates through CSV standard.
- The planning data formerly saved as a text file in a CSV format, may now be imported into the project.
- Marking / highlighting of corresponding deadlines
- Colour highlighting of connected deadlines ensures that not only critical paths, but also other important paths of the project become marked.

Priority ranges somewhere between 0 and 1000. Normal projects are set 100% by default. - Project category allows you to group the projects included in the project portfolio according to the criteria you prefer, such as operative or strategic projects. <br-/>Categories can be created in the resource pool and be equipped with subcategories.
- Project status indicates the project's current status of being in the portfolio, such as "In planning stage" or "Finished".
- Status can be created in the resource pool and divided into several substatus.
- Public holidays may be uploaded from the Rillsoft server into the resource pool, including those for consecutive several years or for single states.

The view personnel utilization allows you, through the context menu "Show utilization (in percent) per time unit," the total personnel utilization per day or week in percent, instead of as Employees/Hours/Days. - Display calendar weeks:
The duration and effort of an activity can be defined as working week (depending on the project calendar). - Relative delay:

- The function "Out of office" at personnel allocation allows you to withdraw employees from the activity for a certain period of time and to assign to other activities.
